This course, held by Sports Therapist Craig O'Connor, is specifically designed for past students and qualified massage therapists. Learn how to expand your strokes to include deep tissue techniques and regain confidence in your posture. It will enable you to recognise and treat muscular injuries.

It is the perfect course if you want to brush up on your massage or would like a refresher to re-enter the industry after time away from it.

(Students must hold a recognised Certificate in Swedish Massage or industry equivalent)
